Using Hostlify
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Owner accounts are created by the Hostlify team after onboarding. Residents create their own accounts in the resident app.
Your responsibilities
Keep your login details safe; make sure the information you enter is accurate; and only upload documents you are authorised to share. Hostel owners are responsible for the rent, deposits and house rules they set for their residents.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as agreed during onboarding. Plan limits (hostels and beds) are described on our pricing page.
Payments
Online rent payments are processed by Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay's terms. Hostlify is not a party to the rental agreement between a hostel and its residents.
Availability
We work hard to keep Hostlify available and secure, but the service is provided “as is”. We may update features from time to time.
Termination
You can stop using Hostlify at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or break the law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
