Step 02
Setup
We create your floors, rooms and beds, set room-type pricing, deposits and late fees, and switch on the modules you need.
Step 03
Import residents
We bring in your existing residents and their beds, so dues start from day one.
Step 04
Go live
Share the app link with residents. They sign up, see their dues and pay online.
Step 05
Ongoing support
We're a call or WhatsApp away whenever you need help.

What we need from you
Have these handy and setup goes faster. Missing something? We'll fill the gaps together.
- Number of floors, rooms and beds per room
- Rent for each room type, deposit months and late fee
- Your current resident list (name, phone, bed)
- Staff who need a login, and their roles
- Your Razorpay account, if you want online payments
