Our story
Why we built Hostlify
Hostel owners do an incredible amount of work: chasing rent, managing staff, fixing geysers and answering the same question about tonight's dinner fifty times.
Most of it lives in notebooks, cash diaries, Excel sheets and WhatsApp groups. Nothing talks to anything else, so owners rarely know which beds are free or whether the month actually made money.
We built Hostlify to connect owners, staff and residents in one app — from bed booking to rent collection to complaints — and kept it simple enough to run from a phone.

We only claim what the product actually does. If it's coming soon, we say so.

If an owner can't use it on their phone in a minute, it isn't done.
